The Officient self-service application allows employees to manage their personal information and perform tasks such as applying for leave, submitting sick notes, signing contracts, downloading pay slips, and accessing their payroll information.

Note: This application is only available if your company utilizes the Officient HR platform and has activated self-service for all employees.

Key Features of Officient Self-Service

• Control Over Your Employee Data:
  All your personal information, such as home address, marital status, bank account number, and contact details, can be found in the self-service portal. Employees can update this information as changes occur.
• Easy Leave Requests:
  The Officient calendar allows for leave requests to be made with just a few clicks. Select the desired day and leave type, and the request is automatically sent to the appropriate personnel. It also facilitates tracking remaining leave days and colleagues' absences.
• Overview of Assigned Assets:
  The self-service interface provides a summary of assets assigned to you, such as company laptops or fuel cards. All relevant details are readily available should damage or accidents occur.
• Comprehensive View of Your Payroll Package:
  Curious about how your salary is structured? The Officient self-service provides a visual breakdown of your payroll package along with your work schedule and available budgets.
• Digital Contract Signing:
  Effortlessly sign all your contracts, including employment agreements and vehicle policies, digitally through this application.
• Simplified HR Task Management:
  If HR requires additional information from you—such as passport details or vacation certificates—the app will notify you of any pending tasks and deadlines.
• Access to Important Documents:
  Pay slips, sick notes, contracts—all documents within the Officient self-service can be easily downloaded.
